1. Al Shifa Trust is interested in purchase of under mentioned Equipment for Al Shifa Eye Hospitals under the project “Establishment of Tele-ophthalmology Service in Pakistan” by PIDSA on FOR Rawalpindi basis. This equipment will mainly be installed at Al Shifa Trust Eye Hospital Kohat.
- Tele-ophthalmology Equipment
- Internet Connectivity Equipment
- Diagnostic Imaging Equipment for Tele-ophthalmology
2. Tender documents can be obtained from Al Shifa Trust Eye Hospital, Rawalpindi with separate request for each category on letter head and copy of NIC along with Bank Draft/Call deposit of Rs 1,000 as Tender Fee form 13 April 2012 to 14 April 2012 (1200 to 1400 hours).
3. Firms should also attach the details of similar project, if done previously along with the name of department.
