Dear Sir,
I,m living in Jeddah Saudi Arabia and this is my second inquiry, I have sent You a summary of my case and You replied that better I have to visit Al-Shifa Hospital, as I written to you before that I have plan to go vacation in mid of july,2007 and I also plan to visit Alshifa Hospital rawalpindi , there fore I requested to you please give me an appointment if necessary , during third week of July, 2007.Please noted that Karachi my home city and I,ll come to rawalpindi for one or two days or as you suggest.for initial study of my case I wanted to tell you that I have done some advance test here in Jeddah last two months. For initial study I wanted to send electronic file of these test Plaese advice me how can I transfer these file to your attention either courier service or email or fax.I have only one month leave therefore I requested to you please kindly study or see these reports.because Islamabad is not my home city and I don’t have any relative their and also I don’t know for my eye examination how many days I have to stay their.
